Sarj Radia, Founder and CEO of CarePoint365

Sarj Radia is the Founder and CEO of CarePoint365, a UK care management and workforce automation software platform built on Microsoft Power Platform. CarePoint365 brings HR, rostering, time and attendance, recruitment and applicant tracking, CRM, care planning and property maintenance into one connected system, with agentic AI built in. It is designed for residential care homes, supported living, learning disability services, complex care and domiciliary care providers.

CarePoint365 is Sarj's second venture in care technology. He previously founded c360, a compliance management and quality assurance platform for UK care providers, which was acquired by The Access Group in 2018. c360 is now known as Access Care Compliance and continues to serve thousands of care providers across the UK.

After the acquisition, Sarj returned to building. As he has written publicly: "It's not just about building another company. It's about solving the problems I set out to fix years ago and doing it the right way this time." CarePoint365 is the result, a platform built on the conviction that technology in care should give time back to care teams rather than create more admin.
