CarePoint365 Recruitment manages the full hiring journey for care providers - posting vacancies, collecting applications, tracking DBS, Right to Work, and references, and moving candidates through to a compliant, documented start. Built for the realities of regulated care, not generic hiring.

How It Works
1) Post a care related vacancy
Create a vacancy with role-specific compliance requirements. Publish to an online job board or the careers page of your website.
2) Collect applications from care staff
Candidates can apply through job boards like Indeed or via your own web form. Applications are filled in automatically by our AI agent
3) Shortlist & Interview
Move candidates through a structured gated pipeline. Schedule interviews with integration to Outlook and MS Teams. Record outcomes and track progress.
4) Track care compliance checks
Manage and track compliance checks for DBS, Right to Work, references, sponsored worker status. Use agentic AI to track and alert.
5) Issue offer and onboard
Generate offer letters once all mandatory checks are complete. Onboarding tasks are automatically created based on the role and compliance needs.
Care Staff Recruitment Compliance
Ensuring Safe recruitment, evidence end to end
Care providers have a legal and regulatory duty toverify every hire before they start. CarePoint365 Recruitment ATS tracks every required check by role with status, dates, and a decision record that supports CQC inspection and internal governance.
Designed for everyone involved in care hiring
Does it track DBS checks automatically?
Yes. When a candidate reaches the compliance stage, the system creates the required check items based on the vacancy. DBS status, including enhanced checks and barred list checks, is tracked with received and verified dates, expiry, and a full audit record. Candidates cannot progress to offer or contract until mandatory items are complete.
Is it suitable for multi-site care groups?
Yes. Dashboards and candidate lists are scoped by home or region, so central HR teams and individual home managers each see the view relevant to them. Compliance risk and pipeline health can be reviewed across all sites in one place, making it practical for groups operating multiple residential or domiciliary services.
How does it support CQC, CIS, CIW recruitment requirements?
CarePoint365 Recruitment tracks every pre-employment check required under safe recruitment guidance, DBS, Right to Work, references, health declaration, proof of address, and training, and records who verified each item and when. That audit trail is available for inspection without needing to reconstruct evidence from emails or folders.
Can candidates apply directly from an advert?
Yes. A public application form can be linked from any job advert, Indeed, other job boards or careers page. When a candidate submits their details, a record is created in the system automatically, with source tracked, so no manual re-keying is required.
Does it integrate with Microsoft 365 and HR modules?
Yes. CarePoint365 Recruitment is built on the Microsoft365 platfform and uses the same identity and data layer as the rest of the suite. Interview scheduling connects to Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendars, and once a candidate is hired, their record carries forward into the HR module so onboarding does not start from scratch.
What compliance checks does it cover?
The system supports Enhanced DBS, DBS Barred List, Right to Work, up to three references, proof of address, health declaration, mandatory induction, and behaviour support training. Check requirements can be configured per vacancy so that different roles carry the appropriate checklist rather than a single generic one applied to every hire.
