CarePoint365 pricing is simple. The workforce package, covering rostering, HR and time and attendance, starts from £175 per location per month. The recruitment module starts from £100 per month and works standalone or alongside the workforce package. Care planning, CRM and property maintenance are quoted at demo based on your services. Every module runs on one Microsoft Power Platform data layer, so combining them means no duplicate data entry and no integration fees.

Rostering, HR and time and attendance in one package. Includes drag-and-drop rotas, the staff rota app, timesheet and payroll preparation, employee records with multiple contracts, absence management and rolling compliance tracking with expiry alerts.
Recruitment
From £100 per month
The full hiring journey for care providers. Vacancy publishing, AI-assisted applications and document verification, DBS, Right to Work, reference and sponsored worker tracking, interview scheduling via Outlook and Teams, and offers gated on completed checks.
Care Operations
Quoted at demo
Care planning, CRM for enquiries and occupancy, and property maintenance. Priced to your services and typically added alongside the workforce package on the same data layer.
Locations and size
Workforce pricing is per location, so a single home and a twenty-service group each pay for what they actually run. Larger services are priced on workforce size, not a flat enterprise tier.
Modules you combine
Modules share one data layer, so combining workforce, recruitment and care operations removes duplicate admin. Bundled pricing is agreed at demo and is where providers see the biggest savings.
Implementation
Implementation is scoped per provider based on configuration and data migration needs. Most providers are live within weeks, with no IT resource required on your side.
